Disclaimer

No Affiliation With YouTube, Google, or k.dev

ymusic.click is an independent distribution and information site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to YouTube, Google, or k.dev, the developer of YMusic. YouTube and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Their use on this site is for identification and reference purposes only, under fair use principles.

YMusic is developed by k.dev. ymusic.click distributes verified builds of the app and publishes independent guides. We do not write, modify, or maintain YMusic’s source code.

Third-Party Application Risk

YMusic is a third-party application that accesses YouTube content through methods not officially licensed by YouTube for background playback or offline downloading outside of YouTube Premium. Installing and using YMusic means installing software from outside the Google Play Store (sideloading), which carries inherent risks distinct from Play Store installations.

For the current hosted build, we publish the SHA-256 hash and provide access to the corresponding external hash report. A hash match and third-party scan can reduce uncertainty but cannot guarantee that an APK is safe.

Service Availability

YMusic depends on YouTube-side playback and stream-delivery behavior. Changes made by YouTube can interrupt playback, downloads, or account-linked features until the application is updated. We do not control changes made by YouTube, k.dev’s update schedule, or the timing of any fix.

No Warranty

Content, downloads, and guides on ymusic.click are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that YMusic will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Legal Use Responsibility

Downloading or saving content may be restricted by the platform’s terms, the rights holder, or applicable law. Use the application only for content you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and YouTube’s Terms of Service. This information is not legal advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ymusic.click and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the download, installation, or use of YMusic or any content on this site, including but not limited to device malfunction, data loss, or legal consequences of copyright infringement.

Some guides link to official Android, Google Play, developer, or security resources. Third-party websites maintain their own content, availability, security practices, and privacy policies. A link is provided for reference and does not constitute an endorsement of the entire external website.

Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer as the site, YMusic, or applicable law changes. Continued use of ymusic.click after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
