ymusic.click is an independent APK distribution and guide site for YMusic, the free Android app that plays YouTube audio in the background and supports offline downloads. We are not the developer of YMusic. YMusic is developed by k.dev. ymusic.click verifies, distributes, and documents the app for readers in Indonesia, India, and other markets where YMusic is popular.
What We Do
ymusic.click exists to solve one problem: YMusic has no official website, no Play Store listing, and no centralized source of accurate information. Searching for “ymusic apk” returns dozens of mirror sites, many running outdated builds, bundling adware, or hosting modified APKs with unverified permissions.
We address this with 3 commitments:
Verified downloads. Every APK we link to is scanned through VirusTotal before publication. We publish the SHA256 hash, the scan result, the file size, and the package name for every build, so you can verify the file yourself before installing.
Accurate guides. Our install, update, and troubleshooting guides are written and tested against real devices across Android versions 5.0 through 14, including brand-specific paths for Samsung, Xiaomi, Vivo, OnePlus, Realme, and Oppo.
Honest safety reporting. When a permission looks unusual, when a mod APK carries more risk than the standard build, or when a feature doesn’t work the way a competitor’s article claims, we say so. We would rather lose a download than mislead a reader into installing something unsafe.
What We Are Not
ymusic.click is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, or k.dev. We do not develop, modify, or maintain the YMusic codebase. We do not host YMusic on behalf of k.dev, and we receive no compensation from k.dev for distributing the app.
YMusic is a third-party client that requests audio-only streams from YouTube’s public API. Its existence and continued function depend on YouTube’s API remaining accessible in this way — a condition outside our control and outside k.dev’s control.
